President's Ambassadors in News

President's Ambassadors were in Daily Breeze newspaper last week. The group was highlighted volunteering for Operation Teddy Bear. This year a much greater emphasis has been placed on community service for the ambassadors. The service coordinator, Frank Hurtado, organizes all service opportunities which so far have included volunteering at Long Beach Rescue Mission, Operation Teddy Bear and in December the group is looking to volunteer at a half-way shelter.

Service Hours!!!

Students must earn 25 service hours each year!! Please be sure to work on earning these service hours. Please see Ms. Martinez for service hours opportunities such as working at the Long Beach Rescue Mission on Dec. 9.
