Thanks to a generous $300,000 grant from the Port of Long Beach, construction has begun to install solar panels on the roofs of the A Building and the Gym.

On September 11, 2014, 23 President's Ambassadors visited over 120 first graders at Stevenson Elementary School to read them stories, talk about the importance of volunteering, and give them backpacks filled with books, crayons and other goodies.

On September 10, 2014, sophomores at St. Anthony High School collected and donated teenage-appropriate DVD's to Miller's Children's Hospital.
