The Saints earned an additional team gold for 1st place in the Super Quiz, an exam that focused this year on Evolutionary Biology.The feat is particularly extraordinary after being only its 2nd year of existence after a long hiatus.

A week ago (February 7), 29 high school teams descended upon Bishop Alemany High School in Mission Hills to engage in an all-day assessment. According to Coordinator JoAnn Schnelldorfer, a total of 242 students tested in all 10 subjects: language/literature, essay, art, music, social science, economics, math, interview, speech, and the Super Quiz. Individually in these events, the 9-student team from St. Anthony, led by overall points leader and captain Brittany Rodriguez '11, brought home 26 medals:
