The decades-old tradition of hosting a picnic for the seniors and freshmen is coming up on Friday, October 31 from 8am-noon at Clark field. All freshmen and seniors should report to CLARK FIELD at 8am, NOT to the main campus. Attendance will be taken at the field.
Students should dress in comfortable clothes. Uniforms are not required for the picnic.
Parents can earn service hours for donating items for the lunch. Below is a list of the items needed for the picnic. To donate any of these needed items, and for an updated list of needed items, please call Anna Nuno at 562-233-6270.
Parents should log their donations in the parent section of the web site and receipts should be taken to school on Monday November 3 for credit. Parent hours are awarded at a rate of 1 hour for each $25 spent. Donations can be delivered to the school campus on Thursday, October 30, or taken to the field the morning of the picnic.

250 Hot Dogs
300 bags of chips
6 cases of water
8 cases (24 pack) soda
100 slices of cheese
300 paper plates
500 napkins
3 large bottles ketchup
2 large bottles mustard
2 large bottles relish
4 large (20lb) bags of ice
