Our Campus Ministry program is once again sponsoring the annual community meal. This meal has traditionally been held the weekend before Thanksgiving, but due to the large number of local organizations sponsoring meals that same weekend, we opted to move it to December 15. Our goal has always been to serve the most people possible. With the other groups serving around Thanksgiving, we felt it better to move it to a weekend when there is no other meals in the area.
The December meal will be more of a simple soup meal, as opposed to the large-scale turkey meal from years past. The menu and list of needed donations is being created by the cooking staff and will be made available in the coming days. As always, WE NEED YOU to help make this happen. Whether it be with the donation of food or the donation of gift cards to help purchase food. Parent service hours will be given for donations and help on the day of the event, as well student service hours.

Date: Sunday, December 15
Times: volunteers begin at 7:30 AM and work 2 hour shifts
Meal Served: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
End Time: 4:00 PM
An email will go out with the list of donations and the day families can begin signing up. Stay tuned.
